Out of all of the protein supplements I’ve tried, this is one of the best. It mixes very easily and thoroughly in my shaker (which is just a Nalgene bottle. )
My only complaint and the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the flavor. I’ve been using flavored milk (banana milk, strawberry milk or chocolate milk; both dairy and soy. ) I have yet to try regular milk, but that’s coming up soon. However, when I mixed it with water it was one of the most foul tasting things I have ever had. I wound up only drinking two sips and throwing the rest out.
If you mix it with some kind of milk it’s a fantastic product, with water it’s garbage.

I do like the flavor. I add it to my fruit smoothies and vegetable smoothies. It gives me the protein needed to avoid hypoglycemia. Not high in calories either which is good.

I ordered 10lbs of Vanilla, and have to say the taste is the worst thing I’ve ever had. I’ve tried mixing it with milk, adding sweetner, adding chocolate milk mix, all without success. I choked a few shakes down by holding my nose and just downing it, but I think I’ll end up throwing the remainder out. The taste is literally a mix of vanilla and some sort of digestive bile. Not sure if my batch was rotten or what, given some of the other reviewers gave Vanilla pretty high marks. Expiration date is in 2011, and mfg date is 9/09.
Is it possible to get a refund on 9. 8lb’s of this stuff?
